摘  要:再生骨料多裂纹和多孔隙的结构缺陷致使用再生骨料配制的再生混凝土的抗碳化性能较差。利用纯水泥浆、掺30%粉煤灰的水泥浆及掺10%硅灰的水泥浆3种浆液对再生骨料进行浸泡后配制再生混凝土,研究再生骨料浸渍处理对再生混凝土抗碳化性能的影响。研究发现,利用这3种浆液对再生骨料进行浸渍处理以后,再生骨料的吸水率、压碎指标有所降低,表观密度、紧密密度增大。采用纯水泥浆和掺10%硅灰的水泥浆浸渍处理后的再生骨料混凝土的强度及抗碳化性能均优于掺30%粉煤灰的水泥浆处理的再生混凝土。Because of multi-crack and porous in the structure of recycled aggregate,the carbonation resistance of recycled concrete pro-duced by recycled aggregate is very poor.In this study the pure cement grout,the cement grout with 30% fly ash and the cement grout with10% silica fume these three kinds of chemical grout were used to impregnate the recycled aggregate.Then these three kinds of treated recy-cled aggregate were used to make recycled concrete to study the influencement of recycled aggregate impregnation treatment on carbona-tion resistance of recycled concrete.It is demonstrated that the water absorption and crush value of the impregnated recycled concrete de-creased,and the apparent density and tight density increased.The strength and carbonation resistance of recycled concrete which use im-pregnated recycled aggregate by the pure cement grout and the cement grout with 10% silica fume are higher than the recycled concretewhich uses impregnated recycled aggregate by the cement grout with 30% fly ash.
