摘 要:从快速光固化成型的基本原理和含能材料的特点出发,研究分析了快速光固化炸药可能存在的危险因素,并计算和测试了其密度和爆速。通过进行原材料间的相容性、炸药的机械感度和测试快速光固化过程中炸药的温升等分析,UVX-1配方药浆放气量小于0.21mL/g,UVX-1配方药粒撞击感度、摩擦感度分别为28%、24%,其10%~15%光强条件下固化温度最高为65℃,表明快速光固化配方研究过程安全可行。最后根据快速光固化炸药工艺特点,提出了防护措施与建议。The risks of fast UV curing composite explosives were analyzed according to the principle of UV curing and the characteristics of energetic materials.The density and detonation velocity were calculated and tested.The compatibility,mechanical safety and the heat effect of UV curing were also analyzed.The gas discharge quantity of UVX-1slurry was less than 0.21mL/g.The impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity of UVX-1grain were 28% and 24%.The curing temperature was 65℃ under 10%-15% light intensity.The results showed that the process was safe and feasible.Some safety measures and advices were proposed in the end according to the technics.
