摘  要:选择以香蕉杆纤维素作为原料利用海藻酸钠(SA)与CaCl_2快速交联方法制备吸水微球。讨论SA用量、CaCl_2用量及凝胶时间对吸水微球的吸水、保水性能的影响。实验结果表明:影响微球吸水、保水性能的主要因素是壳壁厚度和内部结构,壳壁厚度由海藻酸钙的交联密度决定,通过控制SA和CaCl_2的量对其控制;内部结构主要受吸水树脂和SA用量的影响。Banana stem fiber was selected as raw materials,using sodium alginate and calcium chloride the absorbent microsphere was prepared by quick crosslinking method.The influence of the amount of sodium alginate and calcium chloride and gelation time on water absorption and water retention of microsphere were further discussed.The results showed that the dominated factors were the shell thickness and internal structure of microsphere.The shell thickness was determined by the cross-linked density of calcium alginate,which can be controlled via regulating the amount of sodium alginate and calcium chloride and the internal structure was influenced mainly by water absorption resin and the amount of sodium alginate.
