摘　　要：With the development of the information technology, the multimedia technology and its applications increasing people’s attention, multimedia technology has been widely applied to people’s work, study and life, people’s work, study and life have had a very profound impact. Similarly, multimedia technology has been widely used in education, and education had a profound impact. We introduced the meaning and multimedia features, and describes the current situation and development trend of the multimedia, multimedia effects and impact on teaching, multimedia teaching should pay attention to. Resources are the basis of community education, digital educational resources is the product of digital technology and the depth of integration of community education. Community digital education resources construction is to promote educational equity and implement necessary means sharing of educational resources is a rich community education resources improve community quality of education, innovation and community education support critical for the construction of building and learning society of lifelong education system has a unique role .
