摘 要:全面分析了超滤产水SDI测试结果的影响因素,考察测试滤膜和料液性质对SDI的影响,优化测试方法,建立统一的测试超滤产水SDI所需的进水条件。结果表明,测试滤膜会对SDI测试结果有较大的影响,应选择亲水性好,孔径分布均匀集中,在0.23~0.68μm孔径范围内的孔体积占总孔体积60%以上的测试滤膜。当采用含有浊度和胶体的水样作为进水时,将进水浊度为5.0 NTU、三氯化铁的质量浓度为3.0 mg/L、p H值为8.5±0.5作为测试超滤产水SDI统一的进水条件。The factors that influencing the SDI test results of the produced water by ultrafihration were comprehensively analyzed, the effects of filter membrane and feed liquid characteristics on SDI were investigated, and then, the testing method was optimized with the unified feed water condition for SDI detection established at the same time. The results showed that, the characteristics of the test filter membrane had a great impact on the SDI test result, therefore, filter membrane which had good hydrophilia, uniform and concentrated pore size distri- bution, the pore volume of pores with diameters of 0.23 - 0.68 μm was above 60% of the total pore volume, should be selected as the test filter membrane. Choosing water sample containing turbidity and colloidal as the influent water, the unified feed water condition for SDI test of produced water by ultrafiltration was: the influent water turbidity was 5.0 NTU, the mass concentration of FeCl3 was 3.0 mg/L, and the pH value was 8.5 ± 0.5.
