摘 要:为了获得运动规律对称且易于微调的S型无碳小车转向机构,提出了凸轮-摇杆滑块的机构模型,采用ADAMS软件对其进行运动学仿真。首先通过参数化建模的方法研究并设计摇杆滑块机构,然后通过反求法获得凸轮轮廓,最后建立凸轮-摇杆滑块机构整体仿真模型。仿真结果表明,该机构输出的运动规律对称,符合转向要求。同时,设计一套试验装置来验证仿真结果,试验数据表明了仿真模型的正确性与研究方法的可行性,所建仿真模型为S型无碳小车凸轮转向机构设计与相关应用提供参考,所设计试验方法为仿真模型验证与加工装配精度检测提供思路。In order to acquire the S - shaped carbon - free car steering mechanism with symmetrical mo- tion law and easy to adjust, the cam -slider- crank mechanism model is proposed, the model~ motion is sym- metrical. The kinematics simulation is carried out by using ADAMS software, the rocker - slider mechanism is studied and designed by using the method of parametric modeling, then cam profile is got by the method of re- verse design, finally the cam- rocker- slider simulation model is set up, the simulation results show that the motion law is symmetrical, this model is conforms to the requirements of the steering mechanism. At the same time, a set of test device is designed to verify the simulation results, the test data shows that the correctness of the simulation model and the feasibility of the method, the reference for the design of the S - shaped carbon - free car cam steering mechanism and related applications are provided by the simulation model, the ideas for simulation model validation and accuracy detection are provided by test method.
