摘 要:多调制源、多载波信号的循环自相关解调分析存在交叉项的干扰,这使循环自相关解调方法的实际应用产生局限性。提出了基于最大相关峭度反褶积(Maximum correlated Kurtosis deconvolution,MCKD)和循环自相关解调方法相结合的齿轮箱故障诊断方法,先通过MCKD对原信号降噪以便提取感兴趣的周期成分,再对降噪后的周期信号进行循环自相关解调分析,此方法有效地抑制了多调制源、多载波对循环平稳结果带来的交叉项干扰,提高了分析的可靠性。将该方法运用于齿轮箱故障诊断中,成功地从振动信号中分离出故障源。The cross - term interference caused by multi - modulator and multi - carrier makes it limited the use of the cyclic autocorrelation demodulation. A new method called the MCKD ( Maximum correlated Kur- tosis Deconvolution) -cyclic domain demodulation is proposed. Firstly, the strong background noise of the o- riginal signal is decreased by the MCKD method in order to extract the interest period component, the above giv- en signal is processed by the cyclic autocorrelation function demodulation. The new method can decrease the cross - term interference caused by multi - modulator and multi - carrier and improve the reliability of the analy- sis. As the application of the MCKD - cyclic domain demodulation theory in fault diagnosis, the method is used to extract fault feature from vibration signals successfully.
