摘  要:以往研究非圆齿轮加工误差,都基于圆柱齿轮误差理论,再结合两种齿轮的异同,由非圆齿轮变化规律得出相应的结论。文章从非圆齿轮啮合原理入手,运用可模拟多种误差工况的新型齿廓算法程序,得到不同工况下非圆齿轮齿廓误差对比图,分析其几何表征规律后,结合解析法与啮合线增量法进行理论验证,由一般情况下的误差特征码表征图,提炼出一种合理的分类方法和用于指导实践生产的误差来源鱼骨图,对非圆齿轮加工具有重大意义。The studies on non-circular gear cutting and using errors are generally based on theory of cylindrical gear errors,and the similarities and differences between cylindrical gear and non-circular gear are combined to study the change rule of non-circular gear contacting line and obtained corresponding conclusions.From a different perspective,by starting from the non-circular gear engagement principle,on the basis of analyzing the concrete geometric error conditions,the new type tooth profile algorithm routine is reasonably modified,and the non-circular gear tooth profile error contrast figure is obtained.Furthermore,the theoretical verification is carried out by incorporating analytical method and contacting line incremental method,a reasonable classification method is proposed based on the characterization of the error characteristic code in the general case and the error genetic map used to guide practical production is summed up which possess enormous significance to non-circular gear machining.
