摘 要:利用虚拟样机技术对一种重载汽车的轮式制动器展开了研究。首先计算出轮式制动器的促动力、摩擦片制动转矩等主要参数。采用ADAMS软件对轮式制动器的虚拟样机模型进行仿真分析,仿真得到的总制动转矩与理论计算结论基本一致。仿真分析发现各摩擦片产生的制动转矩大小不等。用有限元软件ANSYS分析了各摩擦片的表面应力,验证ADAMS软件关于摩擦片制动转矩的仿真结果。仿真分析,发现了轮式制动器摩擦因数对制动轮的振幅和振动频带的影响规律。采用的基于虚拟样机的研究方法为轮式制动器的优化提供了一种新思路。A kind of wheel brake of a heavy vehicle is studied by using virtual prototype technology.At first,the main parameters of the wheel brake,such as actuation force,brake torque are calculated.The virtual prototype model of wheel brake is simulated and analyzed with the ADAMS software,the obtained total braking torque are consistent with the results from the theory calculation.Through simulation analysis,it can be found each friction plate has its own corresponding braking torque.The surface stress of each friction plate is analyzed by using the finite element software ANSYS,the simulation results is proved by using ADAMS software on the braking torque of the friction plate.Through the simulation analysis,it is also found the influence relationship among friction coefficient,vibration amplitude,vibration spectrum.A new idea to the research method based on virtual prototype for wheel brake optimization is provided.
