摘　　要：文章分析了蒸发冷却技术在纺织厂环境中的适用性,指出应采用立管式换热器以及闭式冷水机组。针对纺织厂大小环境空调系统中大小环境的参数要求不同,给出了四种蒸发冷却技术的应用形式。利用焓湿图,分析了不同组合形式下的热湿负荷分配。对于不同的地区以及同一地区的不同季节,蒸发冷却可采用不同的功能段组合,实现替代机械制冷,或缩短机械制冷设备的开启时间,为纺织企业的节能减排起到应有的作用。The article analyzed the applicability of evaporative cooling technology in the textile,point out we should use the tube-type indirect evaporative cooler and the closed type chiller.Aiming at the different parameters of the size environment in the air-conditioner system of textile mills,four kinds of application of evaporative cooling technology were given.The distribution of heat and moisture load in different combinations were analysed.For different regions and the same region in different seasons,evaporative cooling could be used in different combinations of functional segments to replace mechanical refrigeration or shorten the opening time of mechanical refrigeration equipment for the textile enterprises to play a due role in energy conservation.
