摘　　要：中医学以其特有的世界观,正科学地消化吸收和利用现代科技成果,并将其重新分拆、重构、整合、归位。中医证候内在深层的微观规律,使中医辨证学由宏观走向微观,微观辨证的内涵包括3个层次,即应用现代实验技术,阐明证的物质基础,建立证的微观标准;在辨证微观化的实践过程中,微观与宏观并非等价,微观现象难以逆推宏观证候;微观辨证必须有独特的证型分类,必须有对应的论治方药。微观辨证丰富了辨证论治的内容,二者的互补、综合有助于深化对病证的认识,拓展治疗的思路,促进中医诊断的发展。With its unique scientific world outlook, TCM scientifically digests, absorbs and uses modem technologies, further takes apart, reconstructs, integrates, and restores to their pruper places, reveals the microscopic intrinsic regularity of TCM syn- dromes, and makes TCM syndrome differentiation from macroscopic to microscopic. The connotation of microcosmic syndrome differentiatiun consists of 3 levels, namely, the application of modem experimental techniques, clarifying the material basis of syndromes, and establishing the microscopic standard of syndromes. In the course of the practice of microcosmic syndrome differ- entiation, the micro and macro are not equivalent. It is difficult to reverse macro syndrome by using micro phenomenon. Micro- cosmic syndrome differentiation must have a unique classification of syndrome types, and corresponding prescriptions and drugs. Microcosmic syndrome differentiation enriches the content of treatment based on syndrome differentiation. The complementation and integration of the two will help to deepen the understanding of the disease, expand the thinking of treatment, and promote the development of TCM diagnosis.
