柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗肝郁气滞型失眠31例

摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗肝郁气滞型失眠的临床疗效。方法:将60例失眠患者随机分为对照组29例和治疗组31例,对照组采用舒乐安定片治疗,治疗组采用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗,两组均连续治疗21 d,停药7 d后比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为93.55%,对照组有效率为68.97%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗肝郁气滞型失眠疗效显著,可显著提高患者睡眠质量。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Bupleurum Combined with Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae Decoc- tion on insomnia of liver qi stagnation. Methods： Sixty patients with insomnia of liver qi stagnation were randondy divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 29 and 31 eases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with Suraz- epam Tablets, while the ones in the treatment group were given Bupleurum Combined with Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae De- coction. Both groups were treated for 21 days continuously, then they stopped taking medicine. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55% , while that of the control group was 68.79% ; And the difference between them had significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Bupleurum Combined with Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on inso,nnia of liver qi stagnation, can greatly improve the patients＇ sleep quality.
