摘　　要：张磊老师认为癌症的病机是正虚浊阻、大寒伤骨、癌毒内伏、本虚标实,治疗分轻重缓急,标本兼顾,分别采用涤浊法、解毒法、温通法、固元法和燮理法等法,或单独应用,或交替使用,或多法联合,取得了较好的临床效果。涤浊法、解毒法、温通法,固元法、燮理法此五法,是张老治疗癌症的经验及特色,对临床治疗具有很好的指导意义。Professor Zhang Lei thinks that the pathogenesis of cancer is the deficiency of healthy qi and turbidity resistance, ex- cessive cold injuring bones, cancer toxicity hiding inside the body, deficient root and excessive tip, so the treatment should cnn- sider relative importance, root and tip together. Removing turbidity, detoxification, warming and smoothing consolidating renal qi; regulating together have been used singly or alternately or muhiply and achieved good clinical e｜~＇cts. The above five methods are Professor Zhang Lei＇s experience and characteristic of treating cancer, have a good guiding significance for clinical treatment.
