摘　　要：鲍老认为,肝风(肝豆状核变性)的病机为先天禀赋不足,肝肾亏虚,铜毒内聚,湿热蕴结,痰瘀阻滞等,病位在肝肾。本病一般的特点为早期以肝肾不足、气血亏虚为主;中期以湿热内蕴、痰瘀互结为主;后期多虚实夹杂。鲍老认为,治疗应放在"排铜毒"上,病情发展的不同阶段,可产生不同的病理产物,如风、火、痰、湿、瘀等邪而出现实证的突出表现,应辨别轻重缓急,在保护肝肾的基础上,首先祛除为害最大之邪,尽量减少其对正气的损伤,祛邪后,采取滋补肝肾,补精填髓,控制病情发展。针对不同病因病机,综合运用解毒、泻热、祛瘀、通络等治疗方法,有利于临床疗效的提高。Professor Yuan-cheng believes that the liver （hepatolenticular degeneration） is due to congenital deficiency, liver and kidney deficiency, copper toxicity cohesion, accumulated damp and heat, stagnated phlegm, etc, and the disease position lies in the liver and kidney. The general characteristics of the disease are as follows ： At early stage, the disease is mainly due to liver and kidney deficiency, deficiency of qi and blood. At middle stage, the disease is mainly due to accumulated damp and heat in the interior, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. At late stage, the disease is mainly due to intermingled deficiency and ex- cess. So the treatment should focus on removing copper toxicity. During different stages of the disease, different pathological products, such as wind, fire, phlegm, dampness and blood stasis, etc. , which belong to excess syndrome, will appear, there- fore, the doctor should identify the order of priority, based on the protection of liver and kidney, first remove the most harmful pathogens, try to minimize its damage on healthy qi. After removing pathogens, the treatment should focus on nourishing liver and kidney, replenishing essence and marrow, controlling the progression of the disease. According to the different pathogenesis, comprehensive use of detoxification, clearing heat, removing blood stasis and dredging meridians is conducive to the improvement of the clinical efficacy. Through the summa~ of Professor Bao Yuan-cheng＇s valuable clinical experience and academic thought, we realize that combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine must reflect the characteristics of TCM, on the ba- sis of the classics, we must combine disease differentiation with TCM syndrome differentiation, absorb the resuhs of modern medi- cal research, apply modern technology to clarify the mechanism of Chinese medicine treatment, guide the new direction of TCM treatment, in order to better adapt to the new era of social demand, thus promoting the development of traditional Chinese med
