乌灵胶囊对肝郁瘀阻型失眠症伴记忆力减退的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察乌灵胶囊对肝郁瘀阻型失眠症伴记忆力减退的影响。方法:选取2011年5月—2013年3月上海市中医医院失眠专科门诊治疗的失眠症伴记忆力减退患者36例,所有患者均给予乌灵胶囊治疗。结果:患者治疗后SPIEGEL量表评分优于治疗前(P<0.05),且SPIEGEL量表评分随着用药时间的延长而降低;患者治疗后P300认知电位潜伏期与波幅优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗12周后,总有效率为88.89%。结论:乌灵胶囊能改善肝郁瘀阻型失眠症伴记忆力减退患者的睡眠情况,改善P300认知电位潜伏期与波幅。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Wuling Capsule on insomnia of liver depression and blood slasis combined with memory impairment. Methods ： Thirty-six patients with insomnia combined with memory impairment who were trea- ted in insomnia clinic of Shanghai TCM Hospital between May of 2011 and March of 2013 were chosen as the research subjects, and all treated with Waling Capsule. Results： After the treatment, the patients＇ SPIEGEL score was better than before the treat- ment （P 〈 0.05） , and the SPIEGEL score decreased with the prolongation of time. Their P300 cognitive potential latency and amplitude were better than before the treatment （ P 〈0.05 ）. After 12 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 88.89%. Conclusion： Wuling Capsule can improve the sleep of patients with insomnia of liver depression and blood stasis combined with memory impairment, and their P300 cognitive potential latency and amplitude.
