普济消毒饮加减治疗扁平疣45例

摘　　要：目的:观察普济消毒饮加减治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:将90例扁平疣患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各45例,对照组外用阿昔洛韦乳膏,每日2次,口服阿昔洛韦颗粒(广东申威有限公司,国药准字H20020255),规格:每粒0.2 g,每次4粒,每日5次。每付药煎两袋,每袋150 m L。嘱患者每日早晚饭后半个小时各温服100 m L,余50 m L以棉签涂擦患处,以疣表面微红为佳,每天2次。两组患者均以8 d为1个疗程,连续治疗5个疗程。结果:对照组有效率为65.20%,治疗组有效率为89.57%,两组有效率比较,差异性显著(P<0.05);两组治疗后积分均较治疗前改善,治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:普济消毒饮加减治疗扁平疣安全有效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Universal Relief Tuxin-Removing Beverage on fiat wart. Methods： Ninety patients with flat wart were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 45 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given Aciclovir ointment for external application, twice a day, and Acyclovir Granules for oral administration （Guangdong Shen Wei Co. , Ltd. , Officially state-approved drug H20020255 ）, Specification： 0.2g/grain, 4 grains each time, and 5 times each day. Each dose of medicine can be decocted into two bags of fluid, each has 150ml. The pa- tient was asked to take 100ml half an hour later after breakfast and supper when it is warm, the other 50ml was used to rub the af- fected area with a cotton swab until the surface of wart was slightly red, twice a day. Both groups regarded 8 days as one course, and were treated for 5 courses continuously. Results ： The effective rate of the control group was 65.20%, while that of the treat- ment group was 89.57% ; And the difference between them had significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of the two groups after the treatment were better than those before the treatment, and the treatment group improved more significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion ： Universal Relief Toxin-Removing Beverage has a remarkable and sale clinical curative effect on flat wart.
