益气养阴汤治疗功能性便秘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴汤治疗气阴两虚型功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将120例功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组90例和对照组30例。对照组给予乳果糖口服液,治疗组给予益气养阴汤,观察两组患者的临床疗效及临床症状积分变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为88.9%,对照组有效率为46.7%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后各项症状积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴汤治疗气阴两虚型功能性便秘疗效显著,可有效缓解患者临床症状。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Qi-Boosting and Yin-Nourishing Decoction on functional constipa- tion （FC）. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with FC were, randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 90 and 30 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were given lactulose oral solution for treat- ment, while the ones in the treatment group were added Qi-Boosting and Yin-Noufishing Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effects and clinical symptom score changes of the two groups were observed. Resuhs： The effective rate of the treatment group was 88.9% , while that of the control group was 46.7% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, all the clinical symptom scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0, 05 ）. Conclusion ： Qi- Boosting and Yin-Nourishing Decoclinn has a remarkable clinical curative effect on FC of qi-yin deficiency, and can effectively relieve the patients＇ clinical symptoms.
