九味茶配合耳穴贴压治疗中老年腹型肥胖合并高脂血症30例

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟九味茶配合耳穴贴压治疗中老年腹型肥胖合并高脂血症的疗效。方法:选取本社区卫生服务中心中医科2012年8月—2013年12月治疗的腹型肥胖患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予自拟九味茶配合耳穴贴压治疗,对照组给予自拟九味茶治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为90.00%,对照组有效率为66.67%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组TC、TG、腰围均较治疗前下降,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组HDL-C水平优于治疗前(P<0.05),但与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟九味茶配合耳穴贴压治疗中老年腹型肥胖合并高脂血症疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of self-designed Tea with Nine Ingredients in combination with auricu- lar acupressure therapy on middle-aged and ehterly abdominal obesity combined with hyperlipemia. Methods： Sixty patients with abdominal obesity who were treated in our community health service center between August of 2012 and Dec. of 2013 were chosen as the researeh subjects, and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control gronp were treated with self-designed Tea with Nine Ingredients, while the ones in the treatment group were treated with self-designed Tea with Nine Ingredients in combination with auricular acupressure therapy. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%, while that of the control group was 66.67% ; And the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the two groups＇ TC, TG and waistlines all decreased compared with before the treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The HDL-C level of the treatment group was better than that before the treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but the difference between the treatment group anti the control group had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Self-designed Tea with Nine Ingredients in combination with auricular acupres- sure therapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect on middle-aged and elderly abdominal obesity combined with hyperlipemia.
