针灸联合牵正复瘫汤治疗陈旧性面瘫临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸联合牵正复瘫汤治疗陈旧性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年5月—2015年2月本院收治的88例陈旧性面瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各44例,对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用牵正复瘫汤治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后相关指标的变化情况。结果:对照组治愈率为29.55%,有效率为77.27%,观察组治愈率为50.00%,有效率为88.64%,两组治愈率及有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后H-B积分、FDIP积分、FDIS评分和额纹消失、鼻唇沟歪斜、鼓腮漏气、口眼歪斜症状积分均较治疗前明显改善(P均<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:牵正复瘫汤联合针灸治疗陈旧性面瘫疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture therapy in combination with Symmetry-Correcting and Paralysis-Removing Decoction on old facial paralysis. Methods： Eighty-eight patients with old facial paralysis who were treated in our hospital between May of 2013 and Feb. of 2015 were chosen as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 44 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given acupuncture ther- apy, while the ones in the observation group were added Symmetry-Correcting and Paralysis-Removing Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effects, and changes of related indexes before and after the treatment of the two groups were observed. Results ： The cure rate and the effective rate of the control group were 29.55% and 77.27% re- spectively, while those of the observation group were 50.00% and 88.64% respectively; And the difterences between them had statistical significance （P 〈 O. 05 ）. The differences in the two groups＇ H-B score, FDIP score, FDIS score, disappeared forehead wrinkles, nasolabial askew, drum gills leak, distorted face, etc. before and after the treatment had statistical significance （all P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the treatment, the differences in the above indexes also had statistical significance （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups of patients before and after treatment in and Kouyanwaixie symptoms were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, there were signifi- cant differences between the above indexes alier treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Symmetry-Correcting and Paralysis-Remo- ving Decoction in combination with acupuncture therapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect on old facial paralysis.
