摘  要:介绍了采用中压分流技术改造后的二氧化碳汽提法尿素装置的运行状况,通过对运行中存在问题的分析和比较,找到汽提效率下降、甲铵液循环量低是造成尿素装置产量下降、中压系统甲铵液温度高、无法提高负荷的主要原因,并提出切合实际的解决方案和建议措施。改造后,尿素产量达到1 705 t/d,吨尿素氨耗降至572 kg,汽提效率达到80%以上。An introduction is given of operation conditions of urea unit adopting carbon dioxide stripping process after renovation with technology of medium pressure shunt, by analysis and comparison, it is found that drop of stripping efficiency and low circulating rate of ammonium carbamate solution are the main causes of decrease in production of urea unit, high temperature of ammonium carbamate solution of medium pressure system and unable to increases load, and practical solutions and recommended measures are suggested. After the revamp, urea production reaches to 1 705 t/d, the ammonia consumption per ton of urea reduces to 572 kg, stripping efficiency is higher than 80%.
