摘 要:针对目前油雾润滑系统存在的油雾输送距离短、油雾含量调节困难等问题,对雾化器结构进行优化设计。采用Spey双路离心喷嘴替代目前常用的文丘里管喷嘴,采用PLC原油雾润滑控制系统进行改进;通过试验研究润滑油黏度、温度和空气温度、压力等参数对雾化效果的影响,并确定最佳雾化工艺参数,从而保证了雾化油气中油滴直径分布在1~5μm之间,油雾传送距离达到120 m以上,较好地解决了目前石油化工装置用油雾润滑系统存在的问题。Aimed to the problems existed in the traditional oil mist lubrication system,such as short distance in oil mist transportation and difficulty in adjusting oil mist content,the optimal design of the atomizer structure was presented by replacing common Venturi nozzle with Spey dual-orifice centrifugal nozzle and improving the original control system of oil mist lubrication with programmable logical controller( PLC). The best atomization parameters were determined through studying the atomization parameters,such as the viscosity and temperature of lubricating oil,the temperature and pressure of air on the effect of atomization effect. The optimal atomizer can ensure the oil particle distribution with a diameter from1 μm to 5 μm in oil mist,and the oil mist transportation distance can be reached more than 120 m,which resolves the existing problem of oil mist lubrication system used in petroleum chemical equipment at present.
