摘　　要：为了明晰特藏资源建设的方向,本文提出了五个值得注意的问题:明确特藏资源的范围,稳定发展;跨行业跨系统地建设特藏资源,倡议图书馆、档案馆、博物馆一体化建设;拓展特藏的收藏文献类型;特藏资源的建设与分享要勇于涉足版权保护的灰色地带;重视特藏资源的宣传推广。T his article puts forward 5 problems worthy of attention to make clear the development direction of special collections.The 5 problems are as followings： determination of the special collections range for stable development;construction of cross-industry cross-system special collections,and the integration of the library,archives and museums; expansion of special collection document types under Internet environment; involvement in the gray area of copyright protection; publicity and promotion of the special collections.
