摘　　要：近年来,新型城镇化已成为社会各界关注和探讨的关键议题。新型城镇化根本区别于传统城镇化,突出强调以人为本思想,是中国实现现代化的必经之路。改革开放以来,我国城镇化发展面临制度和区域发展空间布局有失均衡等问题,针对这些制约因素,完善城乡户籍制度、土地制度和社会保障制度以及推进城乡一体化是推动我国新型城镇化建设的有效路径。In recent years, the new urbanization has become the key issue to explore for all sectors of society New urbanization emphasizes humanism. It is fundamentally different from the traditional urbanization as an important path to achieve modernization. Since China＇s reform and opening up, its urbanization faced the problems of unbalanced development and arrangement. To solve these problems, urban and rural household registration system, land system and social security system should be improved to promote the integration of urban and rural.
