摘　　要："互联网+"改变着人们的工作、生活和思维方式,也影响着政府城市交通管理的有效性。交通管理与互联网融合发展,有利于优化资源配置、提高综合效率、培育交通发展动能、提升交通管理水平。"互联网+"在交通管理中的应用是社会管理水平发展的必然要求,它不但可以进行技术创新,而且能进一步促使管理部门转变职能,大幅度提高政府的服务水平。The arrival of ＂Internet＋＂ has not only improved people＇s working, living and thinking methods but also affected urban traffic management. The combination of traffic management and Internet has optimized resource allocation, improved efficiency and fostered traffic development impetus, thus upgrading traffic management level. The application of ＂Internet＋＂ in traffic management is a requisite for the development of social management. It can innovate science and technology, urge the management departments to alter their functions, better government＇s service level, which is an effective method for the government to stimulate both administrative affair and policing transparency.
