摘　　要：在道路交通系统中,人是最为核心的因素;在道路交通安全方面,驾驶员起着决定性的作用。伴随着车辆的逐渐增多,驾驶员队伍也在日益壮大。驾驶作为一种准职业技能,具备安全管理与教育的需求。近年来,全国公安交通管理部门围绕中心工作,基于大数据技术,以提高动态化、信息化条件下驾驭道路交通安全局势能力为核心,坚持对驾驶员的违法行为依法治理、系统治理、科学治理、源头治理,取得了较好成效,道路交通事故稳中有降。目前,上海道路交通管理大数据平台正在建设与完善中,而对接城市道路交通管理大数据的应用,提高对机动车驾驶员的管理水平,为上海城市交通安全管理工作提供信息化、现代化的新型平台,开创上海道路交通安全管理工作的新局面,是一个崭新的课题。With the quick development of information technology and big data, driver education has met new opportunity and grim challenge. As a quasi-professional skill, driving has its property. Compared with the global scale, traffic big data growth will be faster than the global average growth rate, and drivers will usher in the rapid expansion of big data market in the next few years. In big data times, public security organs should grasp the essence of driver education and concentrate on crucial points of information to make innovations. At the same time, public security organs should be efficient at planning and management of driver education in order to improve the effectiveness of driver education and training with big data technology and mobile Internet big data platform.
