基于微信实施犯罪行为的特点与打防策略探究

摘　　要：近年来,微信得到了很大程度的普及,涉及社会生活的各个领域。然而,微信在给人们的生活提供便利的同时,也存在着诸多问题,出现了越来越多的基于微信的犯罪行为。基于微信的犯罪就是犯罪嫌疑人将微信作为犯罪条件的某种媒介或者直接作为犯罪工具所实施的各种犯罪行为的统称。一方面,基于微信的犯罪严重影响了社会秩序的稳定,必须坚持予以打击;另一方面,基于微信的犯罪也给当前公安机关的侦查工作带来了新的挑战。公安机关要努力掌握微信等手机通讯软件的运营原理和环境,形成完善的侦查取证模式。Recently, with fast development of Internet, We-Chat is an essential communication tool in our daily life, which integrates into our dally life. As one of cyber crimes, We-Chat crime is easy to hide and difficult to detect, involves many people, and takes large sums of money. As a new type of instant communication software, We-Chat has the features of simple operation, supporting for group chat, adding friends easily, and real-time intercom functions. In recent years, We-Chat has gained popularity largely, the social life in various fields have emerged in its shadow. However, providing convenience in We-Chat to people＇s life, there are many crises, there are more and more involved in crime related We-Chat. We- Chat brings people together, but it also provides easy access for criminals. Some law breakers use We- Chat to commit fraud, which have caused significant damage to the property. The criminal suspects take it as a new tool in the implementation of fraud, theft, robbery, rape and blackmail. The suspects and the victims are all younger. For the suspects, the targets are easy to find in cyber space, the cost is low, and it is easy to find time, locations and to commit the crimes, and easy to conceal. The investigation organs should strengthen the propaganda and supervision, and accelerate the information-based construction to cope with these crimes. With the reduction of traditional audio chat, short messages and QQ, We-Chat has an impact on the detective work, leading to the change of detection idea. It could server the actual combat in investigation work. The investigators can make use of it in mobile phone judgment, phone numbers searching, images comparison, location, and camouflage investigation.
