小儿手足口病患儿采用喜炎平联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对小儿手足口病患儿采用喜炎平联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗的临床疗效进行分析。方法 336例小儿手足口病患儿,随机分为研究组和对照组,各168例。研究组患儿使用喜炎平联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗,对照组患儿使用喜炎平治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果、临床症状改善时间、住院时间和用药安全性。结果研究组治疗总有效率为90.48%,高于对照组的81.55%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组口腔疱疹、溃疡愈合时间、退热时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且均无过敏反应。结论喜炎平联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷在治疗小儿手足口病上较常规治疗具有极高的优势,起效快、疗效好,能缩短临床症状改善时间和住院时间,安全有效,值得在小儿手足口病治疗中推广应用。Objective To analyze clinical effect by Xiyanping combined with vidarabine monophosphate in the treatment of pediatric hand-foot-and-mouth disease. Methods A total of 336 children patients with pediatric hand-foot-and-mouth disease were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 168 cases in each group. The research group received Xiyanping combined with vidarabine monophosphate for treatment, and the control group received Xiyanping for treatment. Comparison was made on curative effect, clinical symptom improvement time, hospital stay time and medication safety between the two groups. Results The research group had higher total effective rate as 90.48% than 81.55% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The research group had all shorter oral herpes and anabrosis healing time, fever subsidence time, and hospital stay time than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）, along with no allergic reactions. Conclusion Combination of Xiyanping and vidarabine monophosphate contains remarkable advantages in treating pediatric hand-foot-and-mouth disease. It shows quick efficiency, excellent curative effect, shortened clinical symptom improvement time and hospital stay. With its safety and effectiveness, this method is worth promoting and applying in treatment of pediatric hand-foot-andmouth disease.
