支撑喉镜与纤维喉镜下手术切除声带息肉的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的研究支撑喉镜与纤维喉镜下手术切除声带息肉的临床疗效和安全性。方法 480例声带息肉患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组(241例)和对照组(239例)。观察组患者给予支撑喉镜治疗,对照组患者给予纤维喉镜治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率95.02%高于对照组59.41%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率0.83%低于对照组30.13%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜治疗声带息肉效果明显优于纤维喉镜,手术精确度高,值得临床上推广。Objective To study clinical effect and security of suspension laryngoscopic and fibrolaryngoscopic surgery for removal of polyp of vocal cord. Methods A total of 480 polyp of vocal cord patients were divided by different treatment Methods into observation group（241 cases） and control group（239 cases）. The observation group received suspension laryngoscopy for treatment, and the control group received fibrolaryngoscopy for treatment. Comparison were made on clinical effect and occurrence of adverse reactions. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate as 95.02% than 59.41% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as 0.83% than 30.13% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Suspension laryngoscopy shows obviously better curative effect than fibrolaryngoscopy for the treatment of polyp of vocal cord, with high surgery accuracy, and it is worth clinical promotion.
