摘　　要：目的了解芜湖市弋江区学龄前儿童电子视屏接触状况及其相关影响因素,为制定学龄前儿童预防干预措施提供参考。方法通过随机抽样的方法,对弋江区1 911名在园学龄前儿童开展电子屏幕接触状况调查。结果学龄前儿童平均每日电子屏幕接触时间为(2.45±1.85)h,每日平均视屏暴露时间2 h及以上的儿童占52.07%,不同类型视屏每天平均接触时间从高到低依次为电视(1.61±1.12)h、手机(0.35±0.57)h、平板(0.28±0.67)h及电脑(0.14±0.42)h;多因素分析显示,女童(OR=0.789)、妈妈年龄40岁及以上(OR=0.478)及妈妈文化程度高中及以上(OR=0.652)是学龄前儿童电子屏幕接触暴露过度的保护性因素。结论学龄前儿童电子屏幕接触现象普遍,预防干预措施的制定与实施应考虑母亲的年龄及文化程度特征。Objective To understand the exposure status of electronic screen and the related influencing factors in preschool children in Yijiang District of Wuhu city,povide reference for making prevention and intervention measures. Methods A random sampling method was used to investigate the exposure status of electronic screen in 1 911 preschool children in Yijiang District of Wuhu city. Results The daily electronic screen contact time in the preschool children was（ 2. 45±1. 85） hours on average,the average daily screen exposure time of52. 07% of the preschool children was 2 hours or more than 2 hours,the average daily screen exposure time of different types of electronic screen from long to short was TV（ 1. 61 ± 1. 12） hours,mobile phone（ 0. 35 ± 0. 57） hours,tablet computer（ 0. 28 ± 0. 67） hours,and computer（ 0. 14±0. 42） hours. Multivariate analysis showed that girls（ OR = 0. 789）,mothers aged 40 years old or more than 40 years old（ OR= 0. 478） and maternal educational level high school and above（ OR= 0. 652） were the protective factors of long contact time of electronic screen in preschool children. Conclusion The electronic screen contact phenomenon is common in preschool children,the development and implementation of intervention measures should consider age and characteristics of cultural degree of the mothers.
