摘 要:基于电磁斥力永磁机构的直流真空断路器具有操作简单、分闸速度快等优点,在高压直流短路开断中起关键作用。通过有限元分析软件对这种直流真空断路器模块的机械联动动力学特性进行了仿真分析。根据仿真结果,调整了基于电磁斥力永磁机构的直流真空断路器模块样机,并对直流真空断路器模块的机械联动配合进行了测量。该模块进行了直流短路开断实验,成功开断了8.5kA的故障电流,电流下降率为50~240A/μs,验证了该直流真空断路器模块的机械联动可行性。The HVDC circuit breaker with a rapid repulsion actuator has a series of advantages, such as simplicity of the operator and high speed opening. It plays a key role in the process of HVDC short- circuit breaking. This paper analyses the mechanical linkage dynamic characteristics of this DC vacuum circuit breaker module by using Finite Element Analysis software. According to the simulation results, a rapid repulsion actuator prototype has been realized, the mechanical coordination characteristics of DC vacuum circuit breaker modules are measured. Short-circuit breaking experiments are conducted and the results show the fault current of 8.5kA is successfully interrupted. The range of the current falling rate is 50~240A/μs and the mechanical linkage feasibility of the DC vacuum circuit breaker module is confirmed by the experiments.
