摘 要:该文将开槽实心转子开槽区域等效为各向异性的均匀介质,由二维解析法计算转子磁路线性时的等效转子阻抗参数。据此分析转子开槽数量变化对实心转子等效阻抗的影响规律,说明了转子开槽数量影响电机输出转矩和功率因数的原理。为考虑转子磁路饱和,采用二维有限元谐波场计算电机磁场分布;为考虑开槽转子端部效应,依据开槽实心转子涡流分布规律,提出适用于开槽转子的端部系数。制造了3台不同转子槽数的开槽实心转子实验样机,在不同工况下的仿真计算和实验结果较吻合,验证了开槽转子端部系数和仿真算法的有效性。开槽转子线性等效阻抗可用于快速分析转子开槽对电机性能影响,而有限元法结合转子开槽端部系数可准确计算电机磁场,两者结合可为设计和优化开槽实心转子电机提供理论依据和手段。The slit solid rotor was viewed as anisotropic homogeneous medium, so that the electromagnetic field of slit rotors can be calculated with the 2D analytical method. The equivalent impedance parameters are achieved and the impact of the rotor slit number on the rotor equivalent impedance, the motor output torque and power factor is analyzed. In order to consider the effect of the rotor's end by the 2D finite element nonlinear harmonic method, a new slit rotor end factor was proposed, based on the eddy current distribution in slit solid rotor. Three slit solid rotor machines with different rotor slit number were made. The simulation results were consistent with the experimental results under different conditions, which verify the slit rotor end factor and the simulation method. Linear equivalent impedances of slit solid rotor can be used to rapidly analyze the rotor slit effect on motor performances, while the FEM combined with the slit rotor end factor can be used to calculate the magnetic field of motor accurately. Together, they can be applied for the parameter calculation and optimal design of slit solid-rotor asynchronous machines.
