摘  要:提出一种横向磁场磁通反向结构的直线电机。相对于传统横向磁场直线电机,该电机具有紧凑结构,提高了电机内部的空间利用率。同时,采用将永磁体置于电机初级齿上的结构,次级仅由铁心组成,使得次级加工安装更加方便,对于长行程应用场合还能大幅降低系统成本。首先,文中阐述了该电机的基本结构和运行原理;其次,通过采用将永磁体等效为磁化电流,次级铁心调制电枢磁场的方法推导了电机的电磁推力及电磁推力密度的表达式;然后,通过三维有限元法对电机的几何结构尺寸进行了优化;最后,研制了一台样机,测得了样机的反电势与静推力。理论分析与实验所得结果吻合,验证了理论分析的正确性。A transverse-flux flux-reversal linear machine was proposed, which had the advantages of compact structure and easy manufacturing over conventional transverse flux linear machines. The permanent magnets were mounted on the primary teeth,And the secondary was only consisted of iron cores, which were easy for processing and installation, making it suitable for long stroke applications considering the low cost of secondary. Firstly, the basic structure and operating principle were presented. Secondly, the expressions of electromagnetic thrust and thrust density were induced by taking the magnets as magnetization currents and the modulation of armature field. Thirdly, the 3D finite element method was employed to optimize the geometry sizes of the machine. Finally, a prototype machine was built and experiments of back-EMF and static thrust were conducted. The results show good agreement with theoretical analysis.
