摘　　要：阿玛蒂亚·森的可行能力理论自诞生以来,因其厚重的跨学科性质一直深受学术界的青睐,玛莎·努斯鲍姆对可行能力理论的完善工作作出了很大贡献,可行能力理论受到国外一些卫生经济学家的重视与研究,在健康领域具有较为广阔的应用价值。文章简要论述可行能力理论发展,并阐明了可行能力理论在卫生经济学中的应用。Amartya Sen＇s capabilities approach was deeply favored by academic community sinee developed. Martha Nussbaum had made great contribution on the implementation of capabilities approach. The capabilities approach was emphasized and analyzed by many foreign health econometrists, which had great value of application in health field. It briefly discussed the development of capabilities theories and described the application of capabilities approach in health economics.
