摘  要:作为第一大进口商品的集成电路,一直是中国企业发展的短板。面对芯片国产化的加快,在市场竞争日益加剧的集成电路行业,急需打破国外集成电路产品束缚。一方面在导航射频集成电路(RFIC)领域,北斗产业自主化是提升国防安全的关键一步,无论从国家信息安全还是市场空间角度,实现国产化替代的自主芯片都尤为重要。另一方面,射频集成电路的研制也将大大拓展集成电路的应用空间,进而为该领域内相关企业的发展提供更加良好的前景。本文提出了一种自主的导航射频芯片,用以替代国外相同功能的集成电路产品,从功能和性能等方面着重论述了国产化替代的可实现性。Integrated circuits as the first large imports of China, have always been a short board in the development of Chinese enterprises. In the face of the speeding up of chip's domestication, it is urgent to break the foreign integrated circuit products for the increasingly competition in this field. In the navigation radio frequency integrated circuit(Navigation-RFIC) field, Beidou navigation system is a key step to enhance national defense security. It is especially important to achieve independent domestic alternative ICs no matter of national information security or the perspective of market space. On the other hand, the development of RFIC will greatly expand its application field, and provide a better development prospect to the relevant enterprises in this field. This paper presents an autonomous navigation RFIC to replace foreign IC products of same function and mainly discusses the realization of the domestic alternative from the aspects of function and performance.
