摘　　要：2016年12月7-8日,习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调指出,高校立身之本在于立德树人。教师是人类灵魂的工程师,承担着神圣使命。传道者自己首先要明道、信道。高校教师要坚持教育者先受教育,努力成为先进思想文化的传播者、党执政的坚定支持者,更好地担起学生健康成长指导者和引路人的责任。为了深入贯彻习近平总书记讲话精神,更好地推进高校教师队伍建设,本刊采访哈尔滨师范大学党委副书记蒋晶洁,对于高校加强新入职教师培训培养提供有益借鉴。At the ideological and political education conference on December 7-8,2016,XI Jin-ping pointed out that the mission for higher education institutions is to cultivate talents with high morality. Teachers,as the engineers of human soul,shoulder sacred missions,and they themselves should master and believe in morality. College teachers should receive education before their teaching as educators,and become distributors of advanced thoughts and cultures,as well as supporters of the Party so that they can play a role as instructors of students＇ growth. This journal interviews with JIANG Jing-jie,deputy Party secretary of Harbin Normal University,on the approaches to construction of teaching staff,which may provide some inspiration on effective training of novice college teachers.
