摘 要:随着高校创新创业教育改革的不断深化,我国高校创新创业师资队伍建设问题日益受到关注。美国创新创业教育起步较早,积累比较丰富的经验。借鉴其成功经验,对我国高校创新创业师资队伍建设工作在政策支持、教师理念、师资队伍补充及培训等四个方面存在的不足进行剖析,构建有助于我国高校创新创业师资队伍建设的发展策略,以提高我国高校创新创业人才培养质量,从而更好地服务于国家实施创新驱动发展战略的需要。With the deepening of reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,the problems in construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching staff in China has attracted increasing attention. American innovation and entrepreneurship education started earlier,accumulating a wealth of experiences. By referring to its successful experiences,this paper analyzes the shortcomings in construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching staff in China in the four aspects of policy support,teacher concept,teaching staff supplement and training,and constructs the development strategy which is helpful to construct innovation and entrepreneurship teaching staff in colleges and universities in China,with an aim to improve domestic quality of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training,so as to better serve the needs of national implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.
