摘 要:为探讨某地区市场上常见包装食品的营养标签标志现状和消费者对其的认知度,于2016年调查某地区的10家大型超市中360种食品的营养标签标志状况,并随机抽取268名消费者,以问卷调查的形式分析消费者对食品营养标签的认识度。在360种包装食品中营养标签的平均标志率为46.94%,标志率较高的为婴幼儿食品(100.00%)、保健食品(83.93%)、乳制品(81.58%)。在被调查的169种食品标签上均包括营养成分标志,其中标志营养成分数量在3及以下的构成比最高为42.01%,有109种(64.49%)食品标签中出现营养信息产品。消费者对食品营养标签标志知晓率为69.03%、关注率为62.31%、信任率为19.03%、理解率为22.76%。我国应建立健全相关的法律法规,加强各个部门的协同合作及执法力度,并且要开展教育宣传工作,提高消费者对营养标签标志的认知及理解。In order to explore the market in a given area common packing food nutrition label recognition of its status quo and consumers, this paper survey a certain area 10 hypermarkets in 360 kinds of food nutrition label status and a random sample of 268 consumers in the form of a questionnaire survey ad-lysis of consumer awareness of food nutrition label in 2016. Results: in 360 kinds of packaging food nutrition label identification rate is 46.94%, the average identification rate higher for baby foods (100.00%), health food (83.93%) and dairy products (81.58%). In 169 on food labels are surveyed including nutrients, including identification number of nutrients in 3 and under form than a maximum of 42.01%, there are 109 species (64.49%) in nutrition information on food labels. Consumer attention to food nutrition label witting rate was 69.03%, the rate of 62.31%, stood at 19.03%, the understanding rate of 22.76%. Our country should improve the relevant laws and regulations, strengthen the collaboration of departments and law enforcement and carry out education propaganda work to enhance consumer cognition and understanding of the nutrition label.
