摘 要:传统泡沫混凝土因原材料来源的广泛性和配合比限制,导致其物理力学性能差异较大,尤其是立模现浇时,其无法避免的裂缝问题是制约该轻质材料工程应用的关键。采用页岩陶砂或和页岩陶粒为集料,通过物理发泡方法配制出新型泡沫混凝土,具有不分层、不开裂、强度高的显著特征,并通过工程应用得到证明。通过对全轻页岩陶粒泡沫混凝土的强度、干表观密度和导热系数等影响因素进行试验,结果表明:掺入适量的碎石型页岩陶粒,可有效提高强度;水胶比和发泡时间对泡沫混凝土的影响是相互的,但发泡时间影响更大;超量粉煤灰掺量和砂胶比对泡沫混凝土的影响规律相似,但都有一个最佳值;导热系数与强度等级和密度呈反比关系,但影响因素更为复杂。The differences of physical and mechanical performance are obvious for the traditional foamed concrete because of the extensive raw material and mix ratio,especially,it is a key to restrict engineering applications because of the unavoidable cracking problem when pouring the concrete with formwork process.So a new type of foamed concrete was made by physical foaming method,and the traditional aggregates were substituted by shale ceramic sand or and shale ceramsite,which has the remarkable features of no layering,no cracking and higher strength,which had been proved by some projects.Specifically,a series of tests were carried out for the influence factors of foamed concrete,such as strength,dry apparent density and thermal conductivity.The results showed that the optimization gravel type coarse aggregate of shale ceramsite can improve strength; it was mutual for water-binder(W/B) ratio and foaming time on the influence of foamed concrete,but the foaming time was bigger; the influence laws were similar to the excessive dosage of fly ash(FA) and sand-binder(S/B) ratio on foamed concrete,but both of them had an optimum quantity; the thermal conductivity was inversely proportional to the strength grade and density,but the influence factors were more complex.
