摘  要:针对国家重点工程淮河入海水道淮阴衡河涵闸搅拌桩应用中的一些问题进行分析,发现该工程搅拌桩不达标的原因是软土中细颗粒含量较高引起的。通过工艺改进、现场调试和钻孔检测,提出了适合该工程搅拌桩施工工艺、质量检测和评价标准,解决了在苏北地区黏性很大的软土中搅拌桩成桩质量难于保证的问题。Some problems and solution of deep mixing cement-soil pile were introduced for dike crossing culvert gate at the Heng River in the national key project of the waterway of the Huaihe River into the sea.The quality of pile was unqualified firstly due to the high content of fine particles in the soft soil.By improvement of construction technique,field testing and drilling detection,the suitable construction technique,inspection method and evaluation standard of the mixing pile were put forward for that project.Thus,the quality problem of pile in the fine particle soft soil in the northern Jiangsu district was solved.
