摘 要:本试验通过研究日粮中不同磷水平对"京红1号"商品代蛋鸡育雏期生长性能的影响,确定其育雏期磷的适宜需要量。试验选用1日龄"京红1号"蛋鸡720只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只鸡,日粮总磷/有效磷水平分别为0.45%/0.30%(A组)、0.55%/0.38%(B组)、0.70%/0.46%(C组)、0.78%/0.54%(D组),试验期6周。结果表明:B、C、D组的平均体重、平均日采食量和平均日增重显著高于A组(P<0.05),3组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);B组的胫长显著高于A组(P<0.05);B、C、D组的耗料增重比显著低于A组(P<0.05),3组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),其中,C组最低。此外,"京红1号"商品代蛋鸡的育雏期总磷(有效磷)水平为0.55%(0.38%)时生长性能最好,且体重、胫骨长均匀度最高,此时Ca:P=1.87:1(Ca:AP=2.71:1)。根据二次曲线模型拟合,每只蛋鸡在育雏期总磷摄入量为0.136~0.142 g/d;有效磷摄入量为0.095~0.100 g/d。按照平均日采食量为21.56 g/d计算,日粮中适宜总磷水平为0.63%~0.66%,有效磷水平为0.44%~0.46%。综合考虑,建议日粮总磷水平为0.55%~0.66%,有效磷水平为0.38%~0.46%。This study was conducted to explore the effect of dietary phosphorus levels on the growth performance of laying hens in the brood time. A total of 720 Jinghong laying hens aged of one day were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 30 hens per replicate. The dietary total phosphorus/available phosphorus levels were 0.45%/0.30%(group A), 0.55%/0.38%(group B), 0.70%/0.46%(group C), 0.78%/0.54%(group D), respectively. The experiment lasted for 6 weeks. The results showed average weight, average daily feed intake and average daily gain weight of group B, C and D were significantly higher than that of group A(P〈0.05), but there was no significantdifference among these 3 groups(P〉0.05); tibia length of B group was significantly higher than that of group A(P〈0.05); feed conversion ratio of group B, C and D were significantly lower than that in group A(P〈0.05). But there was no significant difference among these 3 groups(P〉0.05), group C was the lowest among them. In addition, to brood time, when growth performance is the best, and the uniformity of body weight and tibia length is the highest, total phosphorus/available phosphorus is 0.55%/0.38%, Ca: TP =1.87:1(Ca: AP=2.71:1). Based on quadratic curve model, total phosphorus requirement of each laying hens during brood time is 0.136-0.142 g/d; and available phosphorus requirement of each laying hens during brood time is 0.095-0.100 g/d. According to the average daily intake of 21.56 g/d, the optimal dietary total phosphorus level is 0.63%-0.66%, available phosphorus level is 0.44%-0.46%. Comprehensive consideration, it is recommended that the dietary phosphorus level is 0.55%-0.66%, and available phosphorus level is 0.38%-0.46%.
