摘 要:采用软模板法,以活性炭纤维毡(ACF)为基材制备了一种有序介孔碳(OMC)活性炭纤维毡复合碳材料ACF@OMC,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对其微观形貌结构进行表征,N2物理吸附脱附对其孔道结构参数进行测试,选取酸性橙Ⅱ作为模拟污染物,考察其吸附性能.结果表明:ACF@OMC材料以OMC包裹ACF纤维生长的方式结合;比表面积754m2·g-1,介孔孔容0.39cm3·g-1,平均孔径为2.9nm;其吸附性能明显优于ACF(5h达到吸附平衡),达到吸附平衡时间为3h;其吸附行为符合准二级吸附动力学方程,速率常数达0.030 3g·mg-1·min-1(R2=0.999 1),约为ACF体系的1.4倍;该材料对酸性橙Ⅱ的吸附量达到318.7mg·g-1,吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型.A kind of new carbon material ACF@OMC, a layer of ordered mesoporous carbon (OMC) covered on the surface of the nanofiber of activated carbon fiber (ACF), was prepared from soft-templating approach by using ACF as substrate material. The morphology and fine structure of that composite material was observed by SEM and TEM. The porous textural properties were measured by N2 sorption instrument. The results revealed that ACF@ OMC has the highly ordered mesoporous structure, high surface area (754 m2 · g-1) , large mesoporous pore volume (0.39 cm3 · g-1) and wide average pore size (2.9 nm). Adsorption performance of ACF@OMC for acidic orange Ⅱ was evaluated by comparing with ACF. It was shown that the adsorbing capacity of ACF@ OMC was superior to ACF. The adsorption equilibrium of ACF@OMC reached within 3 hours, while the adsorption achieved equilibration after the setup running 5 hours for ACF system. Adsorption behavior of that two materials followed pseudo-second or- der kinetics and the adsorption rate constant of ACF@OMC was 0. 030 3 g · mg- 1 · min-1 (R2 =0. 999 1), which was 1.4 times of ACF. The equilibrium adsorption isotherm of ACF@OMC suggested that the adsorption capacity of that composite material reached 318.7 mg· g-1 and the isotherm of both that two material conformed to Langmuir model.
