摘　　要：当前,我国军工科研院所正处于向军民融合式发展战略转型的关键时期,也是实现军工科研院所科学发展的重点所在。本文首先对目前我国军工科研院所军民融合发展现状与主要问题进行了梳理,在此基础上研究提出了一种基于技术共生的、促进军民深度融合的组织架构及运行机制,旨在为现阶段科研院所军民融合战略转型以及机制体制改革提供有利借鉴和参考。Currently,China’s military research institutes is in a critical period of strategic transformation of civil-military integration,which is also the important approach to achieve development of military research institutes.This paper firstly analyses the current situation and main problems of civil-military integration of military research institutes,and then proposes an organization structure and a performance evaluation method based on symbiosis technology,aiming to provide a useful reference for civil-military integration development and mechanism reform of military research institutes.
