摘  要:为了获得C/C螺栓紧固特性,采用紧固力矩试验方法开展了不同结构C/C螺栓紧固特性研究,研究内容包括不同垫片材料、单螺母和双螺母、涂胶和不涂胶等组合情况下C/C螺栓K值的变化趋势,并研究了C/C螺栓的极限抗扭能力。结果表明:碳基螺栓的扭矩系数值K与金属螺栓差异很大,不同材料结构也有差异,涂胶对增加夹紧力有明显的提高作用。In order to obtain the tightening characteristics of C/C composite material bolt, the tightening torque characteristics of C/C composite material bolt with different structures were studied in this paper. The research can in- clude the variation trend of the torque coefficient K of the bolts in different combinations of gasket material, single nuts and double nuts, scribbling with adhesives and non-scribbling with adhesives. The ultimate torsional resistance of C/ C composite material bolt was studied. The results show that the torque coefficient K of the bolts is different from that of the metal bolts. The scribbling with adhesives can obviously improve the clamping force.
