摘 要:在双悬臂弯曲模式下对四种抗冲共聚聚丙烯样品进行动态力学分析(DMA)。DMA曲线显示四种样品都存在两个Tg转变峰,表明样品中同时存在乙丙橡胶非晶相和聚丙烯基质相(PP)。分析了样品的基本物理性能、乙烯和乙丙橡胶含量及SEM相态形貌,由分析结果可知:1#样品的乙丙橡胶非晶相和PP相的相容性较好,表现出较好的高温和低温韧性。实验结果表明DMA可快捷、直观地评价样品的微观结构对力学性能的影响。Four kinds of impact copolymer polypropylene were researched by dynamic mechanical analysis in- strument on the mode of dual cantilever. The DMA curves revealed the presence of two Tg peaks in all samples, in- dicating the amorphous phase of ethylene-propylene rubbers and polypropylene (PP). According to the basic physi- cal properties,the ethylene and ethylene-propylene rubber content and the investigation of the SEM phase struc- tures, it can be found that sample 1 # behaved the better Izod impact strength and toughness at both high and low temperature for the better compatibility between the ethylene-propylene rubbers and PP. DMA also can be used to evaluate the impact of microstructure on the physical properties quickly and visually.
