摘 要:采用水解-缩聚两步法以乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(VTMS)为原料,制备窄粒径分布的聚乙烯基硅氧烷微球。对反应体系的p H值、反应温度等条件对微球形态、粒径大小及其分布的影响进行了研究。结果表明,聚硅氧烷微球粒径随着体系中聚合反应p H值的增大而减小,与水解反应的p H值没有特定的线性关系,在一定程度内微球粒径随搅拌速度的减小而减小。The narrow particle size distribution of poly (vinyl silicone) microspheres were prepared by the hy- drolysis-polycondensation method with vinyl silane (VTMS) as raw materials. We studied the influences of pH val- ue and reaction temperature on the morphology, particle size and distribution of the microspheres. The results showed that the particle size of microspheres decreased with the increasing of the pH value of polymerization, and the particle size has no specific linear relationship with the pH value of hydrolysis reaction, to a certain extent the particle size decreased with the stirring speed decreased.
