摘 要:研究以花生壳为原料制备的花生壳活性炭对Cr^(6+)的吸附性能。采用单因素实验研究溶液p H值、吸附剂量、吸附时间、温度、振荡速率、Cr^(6+)的初始浓度对吸附率的影响,并通过正交实验优化花生壳活性炭对Cr^(6+)的吸附条件。通过极差分析可知,在各种影响因素中,p H值的影响最大,其次是吸附剂量和吸附时间,吸附温度的影响最小。结果表明,p H值为1.0,吸附剂量为1.2g/100m L,吸附时间为5h,吸附温度为30℃,Cr^(6+)的吸附率为93.3%;并对花生壳活性炭与市售活性炭对Cr^(6+)的吸附性能进行了对比分析。The preparation of activated carbon from peanut shell and its adsorption to Cr6+ is studied. The effects of pH value, adsorbent dosage, contact time and temperature,oscillation rate, initial Cr6 + concentration on adsorption were studied through the single factor test and the adsorption conditions for Cr6+ in wastewater by peanut shells were optimized through the orthogonal test. The range analysis showed that, among the factors that affected the adsorption effect, the effect of pH value was maximum, followed by the adding close and contact time, the effect of contact tem- perature was minimum. The results showed that pH 1.0,adsorbent dosage 1.2g/100mL,contact time of 5 hours,in the temperature of 30℃ ,the removal rate of Cr6+ is 93. 3%. And the peanut shell activated carbon and activated carbon market of Cr6 + adsorption performance is analyzed.
