摘　　要：简要介绍了手性化学的产生发展及应用。详细介绍了:1手性识别手性拆分及应用;2手性固定相法及逆相法在手性分离中的应用新进展;3手性合成手性拆分及其应用。并对手性化学的发展进行了展望。This paper introduces the generation, development, and application of chiral chemistry. Emphases are put on from three parts ：① chiral recognition, separation, and their applications ; ② recent applications of ehiral sta- tionary phase and reverse phase methods to chiral separation;③ chiral synthesis, separation, and their applications. Future developments of chiral chemistry are prospected in the end.
