摘 要:为实现净化后焦炉煤气尾气的达标排放,对山西焦化集团有限公司3套焦炉煤气净化系统进行了分期改造。通过技术方案对比,最终选用在现有脱硫系统后串联一塔式脱硫再生塔的方式进行技改,介绍了技改项目的概况、72 h的生产考核结果,并对运行中存在的喷射器堵塞问题进行了原因的分析。改造后的焦炉煤气尾气排放中H2S质量浓度≤20 mg/m3,满足GB 16171—2012的排放要求,运行效果良好。In order to reach the discharge standard of coke oven gas tail gas after purification, three sets of coke oven gas purifying systems in Shanxi Coking Group Co., Ltd. were modified in stages. By comparing the technology scheme, the technical revamping for the method of series connection of the single desulfurization regeneration tower in the current desulfurization system was taken. The project overview and the production assessment result after 72 h were introduced. The reason was analyzed for the ejector blockage during the operation. After the revamping, the H2 S content of the coke oven gas emission was less than or equal to 20 mg/m3, which met the GB 16171—2012 discharge requirement and had a good operation effect.
