基于教材挖掘中医证素诊断规则研究

摘　　要：目的 :基于权威中医临床各科教材,挖掘中医证素诊断规则,为临床诊疗及证候辨证量表的制定提供参考。方法 :选择教材中记录的中医病证数据751条,经证候、证型术语规范化及证素拆解后,采用IBM SPSS Clementine14.1挖掘平台挖掘证候到证素的分类关联规则。结果:共挖掘出证素诊断规则25条,其中,病位证素诊断规则5条,病性证素诊断规则20条。结论:1腰膝酸软、急躁易怒、咳嗽、月经量少或小腹痛的病位分别对应肾、肝、肺、胞宫;2具有口苦、舌苔黄、尿短黄之一即可诊断有热;具有脉涩、舌紫黯之一可诊断血瘀;有盗汗可诊断阴虚;脉弱、倦怠乏力诊为气虚;症见胸闷、脉滑、舌苔腻诊为痰证。Objective：Based on the authoritative textbooks of all subjects of traditional Chinese medicine,diagnostic rules of TCM syndrome elements were mined to provide reference for clinical diagnosis,treatment and the formulation of syndrome differentiation scale. Methods：Total 751 TCM syndrome items recorded in textbooks were selected and standardized into the syndrome,syndrome type and syndrome elements. Using IBM SPSS Clementine 14.1 mining platform,the classification and association rules were mined from syndrome to syndrome elements. Results：Total 25 diagnostic rules were mined out,among them,5 diagnostic rules of disease location and 20 rules of disease nature. Conclusion ：1Disease locations of soreness and weakness of waist and knees,restlessness,cough,hypomenorrhea or lower abdominal pain are the kidneys,liver,lung,uterus respectively. 2One of ＂bitterness in mouth,yellow tongue coating,scanty yellowish urine＂can be diagnosed as heat syndrome,one of ＂rough pulse,purple dark tongue color＂ can be diagnosed as blood stasis syndrome,night sweat as yin deficiency,weak pulse,fatigue and lack of strength as qi deficiency,chest tightness and slippery pulse,greasy tongue coating as phlegm syndrome.
