消肿解毒软膏联合乳腺治疗仪外治早期哺乳期急性乳腺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察消肿解毒软膏联合蓝丁格尔乳腺治疗仪外治对早期哺乳期急性乳腺炎的疗效及体温、血常规、C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:60例早期哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组30例及对照组30例。治疗组采用自制消肿解毒软膏外敷患处联合蓝丁格儿乳腺治疗仪治疗,日1次,治疗3 d。对照组采用阿莫西林胶囊口服治疗,一次0.5 g,日3次。分别于治疗前及治疗3 d后对疼痛、肿块大小、肿块范围及体温、血常规、CRP进行检测,并评定疗效。结果:治疗后两组红肿疼痛症状均有改善,体温、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、CRP均下降,治疗组上述指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治愈率亦高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :消肿解毒软膏联合蓝丁格尔乳腺治疗仪外治早期哺乳期急性乳腺炎疗效确切。Objective：To study the curative effects and the effects on temperature,blood routine and C reactive protein（CRP） of externally applying Xiaozhong Jiedu ointment combined with galactophore apparatu in treating acute mastitis in early lactation. Methods：Total 60 patients with acute mastitis in early lactation were divided into the treatment group and control group 30 patients each. The control group was treated with oral amoxicillin capsules 0.5 g daily three times a day while the treatment group was treated externally with Xiaozhong Jiedu ointment combined with Galactophore Apparatu one time a day for three days. The pain,mass size,mass range and body temperature,blood routine test,CRP test were examined and compared before and after treatment to evaluate the curative effects. Results：After treatment,symptoms in the two groups were improved,body temperature,white blood cell count,neutrophil count and CRP were decreased while the cure rate and the improvement of indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Externally applying Xiaozhong Jiedu ointment combined with Galactophore Apparatu had good effects in treating acute mastitis in early lactation.
